Best car buying experience ever! I called this dealership because I saw a GMC truck on the lot as I drove by, They were super friendly and told me all about the truck. I went back and took it for a test drive and they gave me a fair price for my trade in and the price on their truck was fair too. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Best used cars around Atlanta. My wife and I shopped for 3 weeks...small lots with an attached gate where they "fixed up" shotty cars! Went to Cole's and it's TOTALLY different! Zach our sales person made it a quick and easy process. They even give a warranty and they back it up. My wife's battery died in a week and they replaced it! This is the only place I will shop for a used cars from now on. Honesty matters!

I typically go to commercial dealerships (for lack of knowing better & because I live in the metro area) but I’d been looking for a specific vehicle for about two months and was able to find one on their lot. The car was in great condition and very low mileage for the year. They were transparent about any issues that it might have and then promptly ordered parts to fix any issues. They gave me alternative options that didn’t have to do with dealer financing. Parker made the whole process incredibly simple. The people here are also incredibly personable, and it does not feel like a purely business transaction, which is very difficult to find nowadays. Parker sold me my car and I think he did a wonderful job keeping in communication, reassuring me and answering any questions I had! I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again.

I could not have been more pleased with my purchase and experience at Cole's. I was in the area about to drive home to Virginia when another vehicle didnt work out when I found one at Cole's. Within an hour I was at their dealer and they had the truck ready and washed. A quick test drive and some honest conversation and a purchase was made. I never felt rushed, pressured, and most importantly...no "car sales vibes" here. It was like purchasing a car from a family friend. The price was fair and the transaction very smooth. If I'm looking for another used vehicle in the future, even though I'm 7hrs away, I'll contact Cole's first.

Since 1998 we have purchased 12 incredible vehicles from Cole's and one was bought here for my son and they shipped it to South Texas. We are #Colesforlife and feel like family. Anyone looking for a great vehicle option would be missing out if they don't call or stop by. Sad there are only 5 Stars to select.
